Sandhya Khamkar is the Director of the Formative Learning Foundation. She has more than 2 decades of experience working in ECCE. Sandhya has conducted numerous training sessions with DPOs, CDPOs, ICDS supervisors and 1000+AWWs on ECCE. She has developed self-sustaining replicable model AWCs in Mulshi block while working with various NGOs Sandhya also provides technical support to set up crèche centres and training staff on ECE and ECCD. She has completed her B.com from Pune University and a counseling diploma from Karve Institute.
